Display and Graphics
The first part of this chapter gives a description of the different data
displays available on the control. The second part gives a description of
the control’s graphics capabilities.
Pressing the
[DISP SELECT] key displays the softkeys for selecting the
axis position data screens.
The control provides 8 different axes position data screens as described in
Table 8.A. Four of these screens may be displayed in normal (9 axis
maximum), large (4 axis triple size or 6 axis double size) or small (all axis
in process) characters if desired. Normal size is the default.

9 axes are available) and large displays. Small displays always show all system axes.
{M CODE STATUS}
Mcodesthatare currentlyactiveare displayed.
{PROGRAM DTG}
This screenprovidesamultiple display ofinformationfromthe programdisplay screenand the
distance togo screen.
{All}
This screenprovidesamulti ple display ofposition information program,target,absolute,and
distance togoscreens. The all display is onl y available on systems with 6 or less axes. On
systemswithmorethan6 axes,othercombination screens are available which display a subset
ofthe dataavailableon the ALLdisplay.
{G CODE STATUS}
G codesthatarecurrentlyactiveare displayed.
{SPLIT SCREEN ON/OFF}
Ifyour system is AMPedformore than one process,you will have this additional softkey. It
allowsyouto view bothprocessesat thesame time. The activeprocessappears in reverse
video. This selection remains forall futurepowerupcyclesoruntilyou change it.
