6. On the Instruction Block

Selector window that appears,

type ANY_TO_SINT to filter

out the function block.

Choose ANY_TO_SINT.

Click OK.

7. Create a third rung. From the

Toolbox, select Rung and drag

and drop it onto the space just

below the second rung.

Your second rung should appear as follows:
