2 PowerFlex® DC Drive - Frame C Field Dual Diode Module

What You Need to Do

The Field Dual Diode module is located below the Field Snubber board in

the upper left corner of the drive chassis, next to the Pulse Transformer

circuit board.

To install the Field Dual Diode module:

❐ Step 1: Remove power from the drive

❐ Step 2: Remove the protective covers

❐ Step 3: Move the EMI Shield and Control board

❐ Step 4: Remove the Field Snubber board and existing Field Dual

Diode module

❐ Step 5: Install the Field Snubber board and new Field Dual Diode

module

❐ Step 6: Install the EMI Shield and Control board

❐ Step 7: Replace the protective covers and document the change
