Troubleshooting Appendix C

Correct Manual Cycle Problem: ManualCycle.StepIndex Stops at 200

If the ManualCycle.StepIndex stops at 200, the Jog or Define Home command is failing to

execute.

1. Open the R05_Manual routine for the failed axis.

2. Move to rung 2 of this routine and note the value of the ERROR word shown on the AOI_MAJ

instruction.

3. Click on the AOI_MAJ instruction and press the F1 key for assistance with the error code. You

may need to scroll down to find your error code.
