Procedure for Operating Lever Replacement – STEP 6

Shoulder Pin

Retrofit Operating Lever

Lock Washer

Hex Nut

Flat Washer

Spacer

1) Apply lubricant to inside counter bore surface of the Shoulder Pin Spacer

2) Assemble in this order Spacer, Flat Washer and Lock Washer on the Shoulder Pin

3) Screw the Hex Nut on the Shoulder Pin

4) Torque Hex Nut on Shoulder Pin to 48.0ft/lbs ± 8.0ft/lbs

5) Hold the Retrot Operating Lever carefully, while doing these operations
