CrossĆreference files Ć cross reference file for the rack.

Step 3. Select Cancel to return to the Task Manager without

transferring a task, or OK to begin the task transfer.

Use the following procedure to transfer task files using TransferĆPlus.

you are transferring to diskettes, you will be prompted for additional

diskettes, if needed. Diskettes can be formatted or, to save time, you

can use preĆformatted diskettes. Diskettes do not have to be blank.

Figure 8.5 illustrates the TransferĆPlus dialog box.

Step 1. Select the task(s) to be transferred from the tasks list.

Step 2. Select TransferĆPlus from the System menu. The

TransferĆPlus dialog box is displayed, with the selected

tasks listed.

Step 3. Enter information for the following fields. Some fields

contain default entries. If you do not change these fields,

the defaults will be used.

Source/Destination Ć If you are transferring to or from

floppy diskettes, you must also select floppy drive A or B.

If you want to transfer to or from another AutoMax library,

select

More Options

and then enter the drive and AutoMax

library name.
